       Process 1: Design product sketches. With the widespread adoption of computer technology, computer-generated sketches have replaced the previous manual ones. The commonly used software for designing product sketches include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw;

      Process 2: Manufacturing product molds. Remove the colors from the design draft created on the computer to produce a black-and-white draft representing the raised and recessed metal. Then, use a carving machine to carve the mold according to the template. Once the mold is carved, it needs to undergo heat treatment to enhance its hardness.

      Process 3: Generally, according to the production requirements of the product, it is divided into several processes such as stamping, hydraulic processing, die-casting, and corrosion treatment. ( Stamping: Install the heat-treated molds onto the press table, and transfer the patterns onto different materials such as copper or iron sheets. Using the pre-made cutting molds, use the stamping machine to press the products down according to their shapes.) ; (Hydraulic: Using the pre-made die molds, the product is shaped according to its design and then punched off using a press. Next, the punched product is placed on the press machine to imprint the pattern.) ; (Die Casting: Die casting is a casting method in which molten alloy liquid is poured into a die cavity, and is rapidly filled by a steel mold to cause the alloy liquid to solidify under pressure and form a casting. The main characteristic that distinguishes die casting from other casting methods is high pressure and high speed: The process involves first creating a photoresist film, then printing the patterns on the film onto different materials such as copper or iron, and finally placing the film in a solution of the appropriate acid for the pattern to be corroded.)

      Process 4: Polishing. Place the products that have been pressed or corroded into the polishing machine for polishing, removing the burrs from the stamping process and enhancing the smoothness of the products.

      Process 5: Electroplating and coloring of the product. According to the customer's requirements, the product is electroplated with gold, silver, nickel, red copper, etc. Then, according to the customer's requirements, the product undergoes processes such as printing, coloring, and drop gluing. Through this step, a complete product that meets the customer's requirements is produced.

      Process 6: Package the finished products according to the customer's requirements. Packaging is generally divided into ordinary packaging and high-end packaging such as silk boxes, etc. For this, we usually operate in accordance with the customer's requirements.
