01-About Customization

Please provide the correct PSD/CDR/AI and other LOGO source documents and text content, and inform the design requirements. The drawings are subject to the customer's confirmation. After both parties confirm production, they cannot be arbitrarily changed. Due to customized products, direct orders cannot be produced. Please be informed.

02 About CHROMATISM

Due to slightly different displays, the artwork is subject to CMYK, with a reasonable color difference not exceeding 10%. Please understand.

03 - About DELIVERY

The delivery time of customized products is 7-10 days. If there is a large amount of delay during holidays, the appropriate delay shall be subject to negotiation between both parties. If invoicing is required, additional tax payment points and receipts are free of charge.

04 - About L OGISTICS

Logistics or express delivery are negotiated between the customer and us, and the quotation does not include freight. For urgent items such as SF (collect payment), it is important to inform us in advance.

05 - About RETURNED GOODS

Customized products are not acceptable for return or exchange without reason except for quality issues. The customer shall be responsible for any errors in the drawings and texts after confirmation by both parties. Please carefully check.
